For troubleshooting purposes, the chat setup is not practical as many times, the issues involved are more indepth to explain than the chat allows, which is inconvenient because it takes up a lot of time and effort to communicate what the problem is and typically, I end up having to receive a call back to resolve the issue. There has got to be a better way, providing a contact number that is more readily available for such contingencies would be preferable and expedient.
