Have a Start Date and End Date setup in the Tmeslips ECenter

Timeslips E Center needs to setup a Start Date and End Date just like it has in the Main Timeslips. Since it doesn't have it now, I need to enter the dates when I bring users monthly time into the main Timeslips. They write the Start Date and End Date within their slips and I then I need to setup the Start and End Dates in the Main Timeslips.
