Prebill worksheet - print separate PDF by Attorney or Each Case/File/Matter

When I run prebills for the attorneys, they like to get their set and also additionally like to have it as one PDF per file/case/matter. In other billing systems, i can generate the entire prebill stack and have it generate a PDF per "Supervising Attorney".

Additionally it would be great to say to do a PDF per case automatically. it will save the pdf by Attorney's initials (Supervising Att) and name of case (Nickname 1).

This would save a lot of time and ensure that they get the correct information.
