Adding Timekeeper and Client Rate Source and Rate Level

When adding new timekeeper, it would be nice to be able to add that timekeeper to every client with a source rate of the client and the corresponding rate level for the clients. Would like to add new associate to rate sheet in bulk rather than by adding it to each client one by one.
