SLIPS: Display slip description for individual slips within rows of Slip List

This will let you review slip descriptions easily without having to click on individual slips.

BILLS: On Project Summary Subtotals section of bills, provide new fields to account for Replenish funds

"Balance Due + Replenish funds" and or "Replenish funds total" were recently add to the Project Summary Client Totals section. Please also add them to Project Summary Subtotals section.

SLIPS: Show daily, weekly, monthly views in Slip List

When viewing the Slip List by a date range, include By Month, By Week, and By Day options with navigation buttons. When clicking next, the new start date is end date + 1 and new end date is end date + (end date - start date). Differs from My Day, ...
